Customer Service Project Lead
As Customer Service Project Lead, Andrea's main focus is the student's concerns with respect to their benefits delivered by the Training Partnership and to help deliver high-quality customer service as the liaison to the Member Resource Center. Prior to joining the Training Partnership, Andrea completed her Linguistics major through the University of Washington and brings over five years of education and customer service experience to the position. Born and raised in Colombia, Andrea is fluent in both Spanish and English. During her time off, she enjoys learning various languages, salsa and tango dancing, running, Zumba, and exploring the beautiful Northwest.
