Notice of Security Incident

An unauthorized individual gained access to certain SEIU 775 Benefits Group’s data systems and deleted some information, including Personally Identifiable Information (PII) and Protected Health Information (PHI). There is no evidence that any such information was accessed or downloaded. If you got a letter in the mail you may be eligible for free identity monitoring.
