Advanced Training
Printer-friendly versionThe mission of the SEIU Healthcare NW Training Partnership is to train and develop professional long-term care workers to deliver high quality care.
To support this mission, the Training Partnership is currently developing our first Advanced Training Program which is geared towards apprenticeship and eventually incumbent home care aides interested in focusing on a specific consumer group. Advanced Training consists of 70 hours of instructor led coursework. Going forward we look forward to having a series of Advanced Training topics to choose from such as developmental disability, mental health, and dementia.
